After his mentor left for a permanent change of station, he gradually walked away from Jesus completely. It was not until he moved to Las Vegas in June 2022 and found community in a men’s small group led by Everett. He found himself two feet in and seeing a dramatic life-change in his life, his marriage, and his family. He is now leading a couple of groups now and discipling others, just like his former youth mentor, and Everett did for him.
