Theta Pi Lambda Foundation | Multi-generational Impact
Young individuals in Las Vegas are being impacted daily by the academic support and mentorship of the Theta Pi Lambda Foundation. Last year, COVID-19 negatively impacted the foundation, and in efforts to turn it around, the collective generosity of Canyon Ridge has been able to gift $50,000 to the foundation.
Compassion Ministries and Safety Director Bryan Land offered the foundation a gift of $50,000 as Canyon Ridge continues to partner in making a multi-generational impact and difference in the Las Vegas community. That money will resource and support up to 75 students to be the first in their families to attend a 4-year college.
Dr. Keith Rogers, the Theta Pi Lambda Foundation's representative, expressed his gratitude for "investing in our vision for youth to excel educationally and break the cycle of poverty." The success of the foundation's work in schools and with at-risk students shows the actual, tangible effects of partnership and progress over time. Graduated students often return to invest back into the foundation, continuing the excellent work that they have experienced.
Thank you for leaning into your community and the next generation. The partnership with the Theta Pi Lambda Foundation invites all to actively share in the current and future differences in the lives of young individuals in this community.
