Jesus spent much of His ministry preaching Good News to the homeless, hungry, and hurting. Joining Jesus means bringing life to people in Las Vegas. The heart of the Missions and Outreach ministries at Canyon Ridge is to step into people's lives and share Good News in tangible ways.

Part of how Canyon Ridge does this is in partnership with organizations within Las Vegas. Here are 3 of Canyon Ridge's many partners and ways you can bring life to this city!

1. Club Christ

The mission of Club Christ is to empower youth to transform their communities for Christ. Uniquely based out of under-resourced apartment complexes, their programs meet the needs of students by providing quality mentoring and academic support right where they live. They strive to empower students to make a lasting impact in their communities and equip the next generation of young leaders.

2. Casa De Luz

Casa De Luz is a faith-based community resource center located in the community. They develop healthy relationships that allow families to thrive. They bring life to residents of Las Vegas by providing resources that transform lives physically through a food pantry and neighborhood outreach, occupationally through women's mentoring and tutoring, and structurally through case management and more. Through these programs, Casa De Luz seeks to create a healthier neighborhood that breaks cycles of crime, poverty, and abuse.

3. Olive Crest "Safe Families"

Olive Crest seeks to live out their vision of providing, connecting, and empowering safe and healthy families for every child. They are dedicated to preventing child abuse and neglect by strengthening, equipping, and restoring children and families in crisis. Safe Families is an innovative collaboration among churches in the Las Vegas area, volunteers, and child care professionals equipped and trained to support at-risk children and parents in need.
