3 Helpful Prompts To Define Your Partnerships
Sometimes, people are hurt by disappointment, distracted by busyness, or lulled by comfort. And all too often, it’s crisis that reminds people of their need for great partnerships. But, as Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 says, “it’s better to have a partner than go it alone.”
This is especially true when you listen to God and partner with him! He is always calling you into partnership with him and his people.
This week, take some time to intentionally around your life with these three helpful categories to identify your next best step in partnering with God and his people. Grab a sheet of paper, divide it in three sections, and journal the following prompts:
Partner with God...
Where does it seem God is inviting you to partner with him? Think through the following to help you process where God is inviting you to partner with him.
Faces: Who is the compelling WHY that God is stirring in you?
Causes: What initiative or injustices is God inviting you to address?
Teams: What team already in progress is God moving you to join?
Places: Where do you find yourself regularly to partner with God?
I bring.../I need...
What experience, ability, gifting, and resources do I bring/do I need?
Partners in...
Praying: Who will I partner with in prayer (prayer team link)?
Going: Who will I partner with in going to and with together?
